This patient in her mid 50s was bothered by the eye area. Dr. Guy performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). In the before photos you can see how the upper eyelid skin is almost touching her eyelashes and the lower eyelid fat is causing a noticeable bulge. In the after photos these conditions are both gone and she looks great.
