This patient in her 60s was bothered by her lower eyelids. The bags both made her feel tired and made her look tired. Dr. Guy performed a lower blepharoplasty to remove both the excess skin and fat. The excess fat is always accentuated when looking up. When you look at the before and after looking up photo you can see how much better that area looks now. Of course the frontal or neutral view also looks amazing. She is 5 months post op in the after photos.
