This patient in her 50s was bothered by her eyes. The fat pads below her eyes bothered her the most but she was also bothered by the extra skin on her upper eyelids. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat removal. The after photo is taken 10 months post operative. You can see the nice improvement in the fat pads. Her eyes also look more open and well rested.
