This patient in her later 50s was bothered by her heavy eyelids. She is felt her eyes made her look tired. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat removal to improve the eye bags and excess skin. As you can see in her after photos taken four months post operative, her eyes are much more open and youthful appearing.
