This patient in her 70s had prominent upper eyelid skin almost obstructing her vision. In addition she had severe lower eyelid fat herniation creating a further tired appearance. Dr. Guy performed and upper and lower blepharoplasty to improve these areas. In the afters you can see how her upper eyelids are no longer hooded and you can see her lashes. For the lower eyelids you can see the fat pads are now gone creating a smooth, youthful appearance.
