This patient in his 20s had trauma as a child around the right lower lip. He had previous surgery for
improvement but he still had a depression on the right lower lip with tethering when he smiled. He
underwent scar revision in the office under local anesthesia with Dr. Guy. In the after photos you can
see how the divot on the right lower lip is gone and his smile width has improved on that side as well.
