This patient in her later 30s was bothered by the bags below her eyes. No matter how much sleep she got, people would ask if she felt tired. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty with removal of the excess fat. In the after photo you can see how much more awake her eyes appear and how the contour for the lower eyelids has improved.
