This patient in her later 40s has fallen years earlier and hit her left cheek. The trauma caused the fat in that area to die off, creating an asymmetry in her face. She underwent fat transfer from the abdomen to the left cheek and now you can see in the after photo and much smoother contour and no longer a depression.
