Description

This patient in her 20s was bothered by the size of her nose and her dorsal hump. She wanted a more refined nose. She underwent a rhinoplasty including a 3.5 mm hump removal, cephalic trim with INTRA and INTERdomal sutures to narrow the tip, complete transfixion incision to deproject the nose, lateral osteotomies, and suturing of the lateral crura to the scroll region to help lift the nose slightly.
