This patient in her mid-50s was bothered by her neck, jowls, and eyes. She felt her hanging neck skin was making her look heavy, when she is in great shape. She underwent a lower face lift to lift her neck and cheek with minimal liposuction and an upper eyelid surgery with skin and fat removal. She also underwent a platysmaplasty where the muscles in the front of the neck and sutured together. In the after photo you can see how great her neck and jowls look and how her upper eyelids are more open. As you can imagine, she is thrilled with her results.
