This patient in her later 60s underwent a facelift about 10-15 years earlier. As time has gone on to notice areas were sagging and wrinkling again. She therefore underwent a second facelift with Dr. Guy. You can notice in the after photos that she still has a natural appearance even after two lifts. Her cheeks were more hollow in the before photo but with the lift restoring her own volume, the after photos shows a much more full cheek. Even though she didn’t undergo resurfacing, the wrinkles also improved on her face and neck as the slack was removed from the skin.
