This patient in her early 50s was bothered by her neck and jowls and eye area.  She had done a great job taking care of her skin and using other energy devices but she still had drooping of her tissue.  Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek and neck lift with deep neck contouring including debulking her digastric muscles.  He also performed an endoscopic brow lift which is shown in the photos above.  Look how much more open her eyes appear.
