This patient in her early 60s was bothered by her neck and jowls. Dr. Guy performed a deep plane cheek/neck lift including deep neck contouring. Additionally, she had excess buccal fat removed to further improve the contour of her cheeks. In the after photos look how her neck went from oblique to a near right angle and how smooth her jawline is. You can see the improved contour of the jowls from both the lift and the removal of the buccal fat.
