This teenager was bothered by her dorsal hump and the width of her tip. She underwent a rhinoplasty involving removing 2.5 mm of her dorsal hump, clocking sutures to help straight the dorsum, and tip refinement with a combination of a cephalic trim and INTER and INTRAdomal sutures. In additionally the width of the nose was improved with lateral osteotomies. In the after photo you can see how her frontal view shows a straighter nose and refined tip, her lateral view shows her hump is gone, and her worm’s eye view shows how her nasal tip width has improved. Needless to say she is ecstatic with her result.
