This patient in her late 50s was bothered by the heaviness of her face and neck. She underwent a deep plane cheek and neck lift with Dr. Guy including liposuction, platysmaplasty, and removal of post platysmal fat. The after photo is 5 months post operatively. You can see how greatly improved her neck line and jaw line. She has a light sensitivity which is why her eyes are closed in all of the photos. Needless to say she loves her result.
