This patient in her mid 60s had never liked her neck. Even when she was young she felt was much more full than her sisters. She underwent a cheek and neck lift with liposuction and direct removal of the excess fat below the chin. In her after photo she is 6 months out from surgery. She notes she has never had a neck that looked that good, even when she was younger. She is ecstatic and notes this has improved her self confidence beyond what she would have ever imagined. No longer does she avoid photos. She couldn’t be happier.
