Description

This patient had a large skin cancer removed from the left inside part of her cheek and extended onto her nose. To maintain a more natural appearance two separate reconstructions were performed at the same time. She had a bilobed flap reconstruction on the nose connected to a cervicofacial flap (cheek advancement flap) from her left cheek. In the after photo she is 2 months out from surgery. The incisions are still pink but this very large defect was closed in a single setting.
